To register for the 2012 season, please print and fill out both the 2012_Registration_Forms and the 2012_Rugby Canada_Registration
When complete please mail to:

All registration includes Blues shorts and socks. Program start dates will be posted on bluesrugby.ca in early April. Information will also be sent via e-mail.
