BLUES REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To register, please print and complete the 2012_Blues_Registration_Form and Rugby Canada Insurance Form

Registrations packages can be brought to Registration Day on Feb 18 2012 at Streetsville Secondary School (Main Entrance) or to training nights at the club.

All junior training will start on Monday May 21st at 7pm at Streetsville Secondary School.

2012 MISSISSAUGA BLUES REGISTRATION FEES

The players’ dues are listed below.  Training schedule will be released shortly.

U10 Co-ed Flag Rugby – $150 (includes jersey, shorts, and socks)

U12 Co-ed – $210 (includes jersey, shorts, and socks)

U14 Boys, U15 Girls, U15 Boys, U16 Girls, U18 Boys, U18 Girls – $280 (inclues shorts and socks)

Senior Students – $300, Senior Men and Women – $350

MISSISSAUGA BLUES RUGBY REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

÷  Up to May 31^st, the Registration Fee, less the Rugby Canada insurance rate and the cost of clothing/equipment dispersed, will be refunded,

÷  From June 1^st to June 30^th, the Registration Fee, less the Rugby Canada insurance rate, and the cost of clothing/equipment dispersed and a $50.00 handling fee, will be refunded,

÷  After 30^th June, no refund is given.

Registration Fees Cover the Cost of:

÷  Administration and Rugby Canada provided Insurance,

÷  Shorts and socks, player jerseys for Minor Rugby program

÷  Team Jerseys for players (girls/women, boys/men) to wear during their games,

÷  Weekly practices and coaching, field permits,

÷  Games where travel is required,

÷  Referees,

÷  Services of team officials, therapists and association.
