Members of the Mississauga Blues Rugby Club,
The Annual General Meeting of the Club is the most important of the year. Executive members need to be re-elected, new executive members elected, year-end accounts approved, the teams and seasons reviewed, and Club dues set. Please forward these documents to anyone who may be able to come to the meeting.
As a Club member, you have the right, but also the duty, to voice your opinion on how the Club is managed. This AGM will he held on Wednesday, 11th January 2012 at Streetsville SS at 7:00pm. If you are unable to attend, please try to give your proxy vote to an Executive member (a copy is appended to the By Laws.)
There are a number of supporting documents attached, and you should try to read these before the meeting to see if they reflect accurately what happened in the Club in 2011 and any questions you may have : Minutes from the 2010 AGM; By Laws and proposed amendments and the 2011 season Annual Report.
Copies of other reports, including the Treasurer’s Report and year end statement for 2011, together with year-end statements for 2008, 2009 and 2010 will be available at the meeting in hard copy.
